Park Tavern | October 25, 2019
The love train with Louis and Kismet pulled into the station at the Mount Zion Baptist Church. The reception was held at Park Tavern at Piedmont Park.
Congratulation Louis and Kismet!
I met Kismet, this lovely bride, to be at the Chic Bridal show at the Fox theater. She was the bride to be that won our door prize. After a consultation, Kismet and Louis decided to hire me to share in their October wedding. This love story began with the couple meeting at a trendy neighborhood restaurant where they both grew up. It was an immediate connection, Phi Beta Sigma and Zeta Phi Beta. After fourteen months of dating, Louis popped the question in an intimate setting. Kismet said, “Yes.” They are excited to start the next phase of their lives together. I was thrilled that they decided to hire me, not only to document their wedding but also to capture their love in this Downtown Austell engagement session. So let us take a ride…
“ All aboard the love train❤️ ?, Louis and Kismet”….

Ashton Gardens | March 23, 2019
“I am yours as the summer air at evening is
Possessed by the scent of linden blossoms,
As the snowcap gleams with light
Lent it by the brimming moon.
Without you I’d be an un-leafed tree
Blasted in a bleakness with no Spring.
Your love is the weather of my being.
What is an island without the sea”- Daniel Hoffman
Andrew and Sharmilla were wed at Ashton Gardens in Duluth Georgia. Their soft color palate of baby blues and grays went well with the classic scenery of Ashton Gardens.
Congratulations Andrew and Sharmilla!
Venue 92 | March 22, 2019
“I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this, in which there is no I or you, so intimate that your hand upon my chest is my hand, so intimate that when I fall asleep your eyes close.”
― Pablo Neruda
Venue 92 is where this union took place. The soft pastel color theme for this wedding reminded us that spring is on its way. A beautiful scene for John Paul and Shawn. The bride wore a stunning vintage looking ivory lace dress, while her dapper groom wore heather gray tux. This was such a beautiful wedding.
Congratulations John Paul and Shawn!
Engagement | John Paul and Shawn | The Goat Farm
I love the chemistry between John Paul and Shawn. Love is in the air when these two are around. You can feel it.
The Proposal ” Originally, I had planned a trip to a location that Shawn had never been, but always wanted to go, San Francisco, CA. The plane tickets were paid for, hotel, and the plan laid out, but by the time the date of the trip came up, I found out that the ring wasn’t going to be ready for another 45 days.
So we still went on the trip and had a great time. And of course she wasn’t aware… So after the ring was ready, I decided that I would take her to another place that she had never been to, my home state of Washington in Seattle. Since the previous trip, about a month prior drained my funds, I had to come up with a make-shift plan for a new proposal.
We stayed in Bellevue, WA which was approximately 10 minutes away, beautiful place paired with a beautiful hotel, and matched for a beautiful lady. I had three days to find a romantic restaurant with an awesome view to prepare my proposal. I got lucky enough to find a reservation to make one.Unfortunately, we were having a blast for the first two days, but we were having so much fun that I had tired her out on the day we were supposed meet at the restaurant for dinner where I had made reservations. She took an early nap and slept for three and a half hours.
So the next day, it was back to the drawing board. I managed to find reservations at a restaurant on the pier. This woman is impossible to surprise, she was so suspicious it almost drove me crazy (laughing to myself). I found a good spot on roof top of the building facing the water and the city skyline and it was a clear and the stars were booming this night. I was lucky because one of the staff members that I had told previously was so excited, that she offered to help film it, so she was hidden in the corner and recorded the proposal.”- John Paul
